Easi-Knightsbridge Looking Superb on This Synthetic Lawn and Landscaped Garden in Gateshead

Mr S visited our showroom in Washington after receiving a leaflet through his door. Due to his poor health he had been thinking about getting artificial grass for a while so decided to do something about it. He had a good look at our range but wanted the shortest pile we offered that still looked realistic and chose our Easi-Knightsbridge. We visited Mr and Mrs S at their home in Gateshead and surveyed the garden for them so that we could offer them a full installation price there and then.

They were both really happy with Knightsbridge so we priced them to install that grass. They also requested we bordered their garden with blocks and stones and again chose the which ones they wanted.

The fitting team are a credit to the company they never stopped the entire time they were here. The Garden looks fantastic

Mr S - Gateshead

The team installed the block border on day 1 to allow the cement to set before removing the existing lawn and installing our own aggregate base. As seen in our photos you can see the crushed stone which is yellow in colour and is compacted down to make a solid base. that is followed by the red base you can see which is grit and sand and allows us to screed the perfect flat surface we need to lay our grass.

Lastly the team compliment the paving with our Easi-Knightsbridge which looks stunning against the dark colour of the block and stones. A visually fantastic garden now with next to no maintenance.

False Turf Easi-Chelsea Has Transformed This Gateshead Back Garden

Mr and Mrs Green contacted us for a quotation after seeing on our vehicles parked up on a job. The main reason for their enquiry was to make the garden as low maintenance as possible and so they could enjoy the space without worrying about cutting the lawn. We visited their garden so that we could check out exactly what we needed to do and to show them our grass range. The grass sold itself and they very quickly chose our easigrass Chelsea. The quote was given and they decided that this was definitively what they wanted to do so they order their new lawn there and then.

Great job by the lads. They didn't stop all day and we love the new lawn

Mr and Mrs Green - Gateshead

The install date had arrived and one of our teams arrived at the address to begin the installation. The first part of any job is to run through the job with our customers explaining everything they will be doing to ensure they are happy with what is planned. They begin to remove the old lawn by using our Easi-cutters which strip the existing turf down to the required depth and load it on the van ready to take away. Once the area is cleared they set about installing our geotextile weed barrier to prevent any unwanted growth growing up.

The next step is to start installing the new base. The first layer is crushed stone (dolomite) which is compacted down creating a solid base to work from. Following this we use an Easi-Grit sand which unlike sharp sand will remain compacted and not give under foot whilst still being porous for when it rains. The team compact this down and screed it so that the surface is completely flat and ready for the new grass.

The grass is brought in and rolled out roughly into place. The sides are trimmed and any joins are cut and set ready for the adhesive. Once this has all taken place the last step is to brush the grass pile up ready for the silica sand infill. This is evenly distributed using our Easi-Spreaders which fill just the right amount of silica sand into the base of the new lawn. This is then mechanically brushed into the base and at the same time is giving the new lawn a good hard brush up to give it that real lawn look.

After a quick wash down and tidy up this new artificial grass lawn in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear is left looking beautiful.

Easigrass Chelsea Injecting Colour into this Gateshead Back Garden

Mrs Thompson came into our showroom in Gateshead to have a look at our easigrass range. After a quick look at the range she decided to request a quotation which we happily obliged. Her garden was all paved and lacked any colour which is why she wanted this done whilst maintaining the low maintenance factor.  An appointment was made and Mrs Thompson went ahead on the day of the quote.

The team arrived to complete the installation. Unlike a standard install this one was involved the team removing certain areas of paving and the subsequent base underneath to our required depth. The next step is to install our normal base work building it back up to height to create the new flat surface to work from. They set about installing our geotextile weed barrier to prevent any unwanted growth growing up.

The next step is to start installing the new base. The first layer is crushed stone (dolomite) which is compacted down creating a solid base to work from. The whole area is cleaned down using a blower then hosepipe leaving this fake grass installation in Gateshead looking outstanding.
