First things first, clear away the old to make way for the new. The old lawns are stripped away to the required depth, along with the old paving and some nice borders prepared with a timber frame. The installation team then go about preparing the new subbase for the front and rear of the artificial lawn.

A geo textile weed barrier followed by a topping of crushed stone dolomite is compacted inside the frames, and a granite dust layer is next screeded and compacted using our whacker plate.

The Chosen grass is our lush Mayfair top of the range artificial grass, which is placed and prepared to be cut and pinned into place on the timber edge giving a fantastic natural looking border around both lawn areas.

The next thing is an even spread layer of kiln dried sand brushed deep into the pile of the lawns. The installing team then give the lawn a gentle hosing down, as well as the surrounding patio and paths.
